Nov 4, 2008 - another reason is because of the children of illegal aliens before i went to private school we had 12 kids who could barely speak english.12 out of 29 kids couldn't speak english that is just sad they should send them to kindergarten to teach them english before they advance to first grade to make it easier for the rest of us. every time one of them wanted to speak we had to go through a 10 minute charades game! they couldn't expel them because the school would get a discrimination lawsuit

Nov 10, 2008 - Even the schools that our children go to are tied in to the ridiculous systems. Business is cut-throat and competitive, while the Government is bureaucratic red tape that gets nothing done. School is supposed to be a problem-free learning environment. Due to many reasons, it is not. The Educational System is a failure on all levels and in a few different ways. If you reach the top of the ladder, you will see the where that the problems begin at the very fundamentals and extend to each student.

May 4, 2010 - Maybe California schools should be able to concentrate more on teaching curriculum in English while providing for US citizen's kids and kicking out the illegal aliens.

Jun 10, 2010 - How about instead of focusing on where the money is coming from they focus on where the money is going. The reason students get let money is because it all goes to ridiculously large pensions and the frivolous spending habits of the public school bureaucracy.
