Jul 18, 2010 - @Miiaku Yes but since GTA 4 is a mainly single player game and it is third person, having the euphoria physics in multiplayer games would be annoying, especially in first person. if you got shot once, you would stumble around and fall over and then you would die. But games like GTA 4 are perfect for euphoria with all of the civilians. If there were a better way of implementing euphoria into first-person and more multiplayer games, you would probably see more games popping up with euphoria.

Jul 18, 2010 - @Mike60044 Good point, but you could just apply the Euphoria once the person runs out of health, or gets hit by an explosion. You wouldn't need to stumble every time you got shot, just when you die. Much like you don't get rag-dolled every time you get shot, or pushed, just when you die. Also, other than deaths, Euphoria can be used to animate other things such as running and jumping. This is part of the reason the movement animations in Red Dead: Redemption and GTA IV are so good.

Aug 15, 2010 - @gamersinformer not me, some games are just better left off alone, besides halo already has a pretty solid physics engine, built around how they want it, ex. u shoot a grunt in the head and it doesnt trigger an animation, instead they are now ragdolls. but if it had the euphoria engine and what ur probaly preffering, when ud shoot a grunt in the leg or arm their bodies would sway and fall to the force of the impact... in my opinion, not a good idea

Aug 15, 2010 - @0goo well thats because i would want my game to be more realistic. dont get me wrong, i love halo, i beat part 1 and 3 but never got the chance to play part 2 which i hear was like the best one. but anyway, a grunt would just audomaticly died cuz they suck ass. but if i shoot something as big as a elite with a shotgun and it dont die, i at least want it to fly back or stumble a little bit from the impact instead of just standing there like it wasnt just shot with a big ass shotgun.
