The spice really takes away from the flavor of how most people might think of chocolate, but still...I can't imagine anyone in their right mind who'd think it was a good idea of shrimp or prawns or any seafood. Jun 10, 2009 - Interesting-TY for the info.In one of the HK USA seasons (4 perhaps?) a contestant used chocolate sauce on prawns, and Ramsay called it "weird" - sadly this person was found passed away in her bed in 2007 of an apparent self inflicted shot to the head...her name was Rachel Brown-sad.I don't think it was the prawn dish to blame, though! (Sorry for rambling on there)Have you ever heard of a chef named Rick Bayliss? He is a specialist in Mexican cuisine-he has some awesome recipes.

Jun 10, 2009 - Oh yeah, we used to watch him on our local PBS, but they don't show it anymore. My family all came from northern mountains in Durango, so our cooking is a lot simpler than a lot of the the rest of Mexico, I never saw him do our kind of cooking. But it looked good nonetheless. I haven't seen HK at all, I'm regressing and looking for Boiling Point now. I hope no one would kill themselves over a silly TV show.
