The chatterbox was a happening place in those days and they had many big named acts. Saw some of them myself. I'm just a Jersey Boy myself. Funny what a small world it is huh? Anyway when I went to Nam she promised she would wait for me. She only waited 2 months. The tour in Nam was 13 months. That was good for me, I didn't want no unfaithful girlfriend anyway. I had a hard time covering her name on my arm. I covered it with an eagle and the letters U S M C. Well, anything else you might like to know just ask.

Jul 27, 2010 - Sounds like Frankie and the Knockouts!They were a short lived band, but they did have some great hits including their biggest selling single "Sweetheart", some of the other hits were featured in the movie "Dirty Dancing". Listening to them again takes you down memory lane.
